Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about how Pure Home Wellness works, where we serve, and what to expect when you start with a free water test or consultation.

Do you charge for water tests or consultations?

No. Our water tests and consultations are free and focused on education, product fit, and next-step guidance.

Do you offer in-home water testing?

Yes, where available. If you are outside the service area, we can still help through a virtual water consultation.

Are you local to Minnesota?

Yes. We are Minnesota-based and also offer virtual consultations for clients outside our local in-home service area.

What product categories do you help with?

We start with water filtration first, then help families build out air purification, mattresses and sleep systems, cookware, and cutlery as next steps.

What's the difference between whole-house and point-of-use?

Whole-house systems help treat water as it enters the home, while point-of-use systems focus on one location such as a kitchen sink or dedicated drinking-water tap. The right fit depends on whether your concerns show up throughout the home or mainly in drinking and cooking water.

Do I need a system if I already use a pitcher or fridge filter?

Maybe, maybe not. Pitchers and fridge filters can improve convenience and taste, but they do not automatically solve broader issues like scale, shower feel, chlorine throughout the home, or appliance buildup. A water-first conversation helps clarify whether you actually need more.

What happens during a free water test?

We start with what you are noticing in the home, review your water source and goals, walk through simple testing or report review where available, and explain whether whole-house, point-of-use, or a phased approach makes the most sense.

Do you help if I'm outside the local service area?

Yes. If in-home testing is not available in your area, we can still help with a virtual water consultation and system planning based on your city, state, water source, and the symptoms you are noticing.

Can I start with one system now and upgrade later?

Yes. Many families start with drinking and cooking water first, or with whole-house treatment first, then add the second step later. We can help you phase that plan intentionally instead of guessing.

Do you help with installation planning?

Yes. We help clients think through fit, placement, and installation planning, and we stay available for follow-up questions once the right system has been chosen.

How quickly will someone reply after I submit a form?

Most inquiries receive a response within one business day.

Do you provide installation help?

For applicable systems, we help guide the setup and support process. Details depend on the product and your location.

Ready to Start With Better Water?

For most families, the best next step is a free water test where available, then a simple plan for the rest of the home from there.
